Cortney Hunter is a Killen agent that grew up in the Shoals area in Greenhill and still works and lives in Lauderdale County. Like a REALTOR, Cortney wore many hats at a youthful age when she worked for her family’s business called the Pirate’s Deck where she was a cashier, cook, milkshake maker, and more. Hunter then attended the University of North Alabama where she graduated with a bachelors in business. This all led up to Cortney’s decision to pursue real estate.

She did say becoming a licensed REALTOR was not her original career plan. A family member and auctioneer suggested she explore real estate. Cortney now has over 20 years of experience as an agent.
