Buying or selling a property can be a stressful time for a lot of people. You want someone experienced - with you in mind and there when you need them. Cory’s response time when you need something is so fast he might crash algorithms trying to calculate his response rate. He has gone far out of his way multiple times to save me when my final punch list needs on sales were not sufficiently completed by hired contractor teams. Some of my partners prefer to operate on paper vs electronic and he takes care of it without a single complaint - even if they are due lol. He even sends me deals and shows passion to help with mutual growth.

Plain and simple Cory gets it done - and getting top commission % is clearly not on the top of his priorities. He cares about his clients and makes sure everything goes smooth on both sides of the transaction.
