Cory is an excellent realtor. He is extremely patient and helped us sell our home within record time all while dealing with my husband and I. Talk about patience and understanding. Cory is the exact type or Realtor I would dream of. I am extremely particular, ask lot's of questions, and am quite high maintenance and Cory went above and beyond at all times. Cory is fantastic. My wife & I didn’t planned on buying a fixer upper for our first home, but COVID market changes forced us to open our minds to different kinds of homes. Cory patiently listened to each of our tedious wants & needs & found us a home in record time that gives us plenty to work with. He is a terrific negotiator too, saving us far more than we hoped.
