About Cory

Whether buying or selling property in McCall, Cory will make your real estate journey a pleasant one through service, experience and care. Cory grew up in Alaska, where after graduation was nominated into the Olympic Education Center in Northern Michigan University where she was offered the opportunity to train for biathlon (cross country skiing and shooting) and go to college. Later she qualified for the United States National Biathlon Team and traveled and raced all over the world for over 6 years. Having been drawn to the outdoors all her life, McCall was a natural fit for her when she moved to the area in 1998.

Cory and her family love to wake surf on Payette Lake, snowboard at Tamarack, and Brundage Mountain, snowmobile in the back country, and mountain bike on all the amazing single-track trails in the area.

During the winter season, you will find Cory coaching with the McCall Nordic and Biathlon Ski Club.

Starting her real estate career in 1998, Cory helped sell out the properties at Spring Mountain Ranch development, where she ended up being the sales manager for the fractional project, Hearthstone at Spring Mountain Ranch when it came on the market in 2002. From 2008 – 2012, she was the director of sales for McCall’s luxury downtown condominiums, Alpine Village. As an association broker, she currently can help her clients with the purchase and sale of general land sales, resales, new construction or commercial properties throughout Valley and Adams County.

Cory is a graduate of the Idaho Real Estate Leadership Academy of 2016 and has several years on the Mountain Central Board of Realtors, including two years as the President of the Board. She is the 2025 President of the Mountain Central Association of Realtors.
