Cory Gold

With more than 40 years in the real estate industry, Gold brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate sales and leadership to NextHome.

In addition to actively selling real estate his entire career, Gold has been running and leading real estate offices since 2003.

In 2010, he took over as full-time manager of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate office in Davis.

“I love being able to mentor and help agents reach their potential,” said Gold. “Being a managing broker allows me to follow my passion of coaching and helping agents reach their goals personally and professionally.”

As a manager of two offices, Gold was responsible for overseeing seventy agents who closed more than six hundred transactions annually.

Gold was introduced to NextHome several years ago when he saw member of the franchise’s leadership team speak at the California Association of REALTORS® meetings. After following the company and the growth of the franchise, he knew affiliating with NextHome was an opportunity he could not pass up when the time came to open his own brokerage.
