Cory Whyte has been a resident of Chandler, Arizona since 2004 .
Cory is married to Lisa Ryan Whyte, who is a Chandler native. Together they have twin daughters, Reese and Ryan and a son, Ryder. Cory is originally from San Diego with a background that includes being a licensed contractor as well as a small business owner. Cory has sold nearly 700 homes in his 20 years of being in business selling Real Estate in Arizona. One of Cory's most favorite things in business is being able to work alongside his wife, Lisa Ryan Whyte. A close second is the art of negotiating.
Cory enjoys being part of the community and gives back in many ways. Cory serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dignity Health Foundation of East Valley. A non-profit organization who raises funds for local Dignity Hospitals and their medical programs. Cory also serves as Vice President of the Ocotillo HOA board of Directors along with holding the position of chairman of the Ocotillo Design Review Board. The Ocotillo community is a master planned community of over 4000 homes, 3 schools, 27 hole Golf Course, 160 businesses, 6 apartment complexes, 2 retirement communities, and 2 hotels.
With both Cory and Lisa spending many of their waking hours working, they are intentional about finding time to relax. In their spare time you will find them at the gym, at a soccer field, reading a good book or somewhere new and exciting in the world, as they love to travel!!
