As a North Carolina native, Courtenay grew up in Fayetteville, NC. She graduated from UNC-Wilmington and lived in Wilmington for over 15 years. In the fall of 2020, she and her family fell in love with and moved to River Landing in Wallace, NC. Since then, with a genuine love and passion for the community where she and her family enjoy life, Courtenay has been focusing her real estate career on the growth and development of the community of River Landing. Prior to her real estate career Courtenay was a paralegal for 10 years.
