Courtland "Vandy" Van Deusen IV has been a full-time Real Estate Sales Associate since 1992, specializing in listing and selling Residential and Commercial Real Estate. "Vandy" has been a Top Producer for Coldwell Banker and has been the recipient of numerous awards.

A lifetime of service began with service in the USAF upon graduation from College of Wooster. For more than 32 years, Mr. Van Deusen has continued his commitment of service through his membership (and often leadership) on the Boards of Directors of: The Niagara Falls Boys and Girls Club, The American Red Cross, The United Way, The Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, The Lewiston Kiwanis, Main Street Business Association and The Niagara Falls Country Club. As he serves his community, he also serves his profession, sitting on Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors committees as needed.
