Courtney Anderson

Courtney Anderson is a full-time Realtor dedicated to bringing her clients a positive home buying or selling experience. With her background as a teacher, Courtney’s focus is on educating her clients about the process and giving valuable insight when they need it. The real estate process may seem stressful to some, but Courtney works hard to make it a seamless, fun experience by taking the time to understand her client's hopes, dreams, fears and most importantly their timeline. When talking with past clients, her quick response time and professionalism were key components in helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Courtney’s success shows in her 2022 ranking of #2 out of all agents at the East Regional office, top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide, multi-million-dollar producer status and nationally recognized Chairman's Circle award winner. But her most prized award in real estate is her client’s raving reviews.

She is a member of National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Realtors Association of Westmoreland, Indiana and Mon Valley, and Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae of West Virginia Wesleyan College.

When she isn’t working on her real estate business, Courtney is busy being a “girl mom” to her two kiddos, boating at Cheat Lake in the summer with her husband (also a business owner) or just spending time outside with her goofy mutt, Dax and spoiled rotten dachshund, Hagen.
