Courtney and Tori were nothing short of amazing helping us find our home! Accommodating and patient throughout the whole process. We seemed to look at countless homes that were what we thought were going to be a winner and for one reason or another, it didn’t work out until we found the one! We were more than a little nervous to begin the process of selling our home and finding a new one but Courtney was incredibly calming throughout the whole process. Her attention to detail when viewing homes was so important when looking for our long list of wants in a new residence. She lined up a buyer immediately for our house as well. She was advocating for us 100% and picked out our forever home even though I resisted at first. She was right of course! She did an amazing job and we highly recommend her!

Hands down one of the best realtors in Northeast Ohio. I honestly cannot say enough good things. I was a first time home buyer and really did not know how the process was going to go. From the first time I spoke with Courtney, to the day I closed, she made sure I was informed and knew what was going to happen next at every step in the process. Courtney really took the time to get to know me and my likes/dislikes. When she would send listings through the app (incredible app by the way), she would want to know what I liked and what I didn't like, which better helped her refine the search. When it was all said and done, it was like she knew me better than myself. With her guidance and knowledge, I did not let the ups and downs of the market get the best of me and at the end of this journey, I purchased my first home. I learned a wealth of information not just about the home buying process, but home ownership as well. I learned what to look for, what was good, what was not so good, and what a moat waterproofing system was. Overall it was an incredible experience and I could not have had a better real estate agent by my side. When it comes time to sell/buy again, I will definitely be listing/buying with Courtney again.

My fiancee and I began the process of becoming first time home buyers and were referred to Courtney by coworkers. She was THE PERFECT choice for first-time home buyers like us. We were immediately given access to up-to-date MLS listings that were updated sometimes more than once a day. She took the time to sit down with us on several occasions to help us with the process, whether it was understanding the paperwork we were receiving, how to put together our offer, or whatever questions we may have had.
She really worked to understand who we are as people, our style and wants list. Courtney worked hard to get us showings for houses that fit what we wanted. She also provided honest feedback to us about houses we were seeing and helped us stay on track with what we said we wanted in our new home. Our favorite thing about Courtney was how hard she fought for us once we put in an offer. Courtney always was selling us as buyers and constantly checking in with the sellers' agent on what we needed to do to have our offer accepted. You could feel her genuineness and passion for her work. She felt the highs and lows of this process right along with us.
She was always professional in her dress and mannerism, and took her job seriously as our agent. Her patience with us through this process was greatly appreciated as well. We would highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a new home.
