Courtney Cameron was amazing, professional and gave 100% customer service to us. She went over and above our expectations. We are picky, demanding, had difficult tenants in our property and needed someone who would treat our house as if it were there own to sell. We wanted a realtor who had our financial investment at the forefront of their mind, not their own. To be honest, we interviewed 5 realtors and Courtney and another realtor were tied for our number 1 choice. We made the mistake of picking the other realtor, who ended up lying to us, schmoozing us and treating us like we were were idiots with his sales pitches that made no sense and problems he created with our tenants. We fired him and quickly called Courtney who was gracious and eager to help the mess our other agent had got us in. We felt embarrassed for not picking her in the first place, but she never mentioned it, picked up the work, got thing immediately back on track and sold our house in 30 days. We moved to Los Angeles County during escrow and Courtney checked on the house, met all the vendors that needed to be there and really just took charge.We felt confident and comfortable being 120 miles away knowing she was taking care of our business. I would recommend her to anyone selling a house. She was more than a realtor to us, she became someone we thoroughly trusted and respected . Our selling experience with Courtney was absolutely amazing. This was our first experience selling a home and we were extremely nervous going in. We interviewed sales representatives from four different agencies. Three were looking to price our house well below what we wanted and spent more time explaining why we couldn't get that amount than how we could. Courtney was the exact opposite. We told her the price we were looking for and her can do attitude and excellent marketing strategies outlined the path to getting us exactly what we thought our home was worth. We not only got asking price, but above asking and in less than a week of listing. Courtney was excellent in explaining every step, was able to answer every questions, large or small, and exceptionally responsive to my every inquiry. She took the time to be certain that what she was explaining I was understanding and never painted an inaccurate picture of where we were when showing the property.
