Courtney has been a realtor for 10 years, serving buyers and sellers of homes in Darien, New Canaan, and Rowayton, CT. During this time, she has supported her clients through all types of market conditions.
A trusted advisor to her clients, Courtney has “seen it all” when it comes to the varied scenarios and decisions involved in real estate. Prior to entering real estate, Courtney built her skills during a successful career in national and local advertising sales on both television and radio. Her eight years in New York and Boston where she focused on helping her clients (brands and agencies) find media planning solutions to meet their individual advertising needs. Courtney’s success was driven by close relationships and a foundation of trust and transparency. Communication and coordination between several parties were essential to getting deals done the right way. All these skills combined are necessary for today’s real estate market.
Courtney has lived in Darien for 21 years with her husband Tom, and their three children. She has been active as a volunteer in her children’s schools and activities and has been a member of the Representative Town Meeting (serving on the Planning, Zoning, and Housing Committee). But most of all, her love for the communities she serves has helped her build a wealth of knowledge to help families navigate the nuances of these beautiful towns.
