Courtney Stice

Courtney Stice was born and raised in Mobile, AL, and moved to Maui in 2019 to marry the love of her life. She has a background of 15+ years as a teacher and gymnastics coach and brings a motivational attitude and eagerness to help when working with her real estate clients.

Courtney attended the University of South Alabama and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Her curiosity, paired with an inquisitive, investigative mind gives her a unique insight into how to best help her clients find their ideal home or home buyer.

Courtney entered the Real Estate world to expand her knowledge into a new arena, help others achieve the dream of homeownership, and provide a bright future for her family.

Courtney is happily married and lives in Kahului, Hawaii, with her wife, daughter, and pitbull mastiff, Rhino. She spends her free time playing with her daughter, reading, working out, giving back to the recovery community, and exploring all the beauty and culture Maui has to offer.
