Courtney was absolutely wonderful to work with! From our very first meeting we truly felt she cared about us as people, as evidenced by the fact that she shed some tears upon hearing our story. Her expertise in the field is clearly evident. Courtney listed, showed, and got several offers on our house in a single weekend! We brought her with us to our consultation for a new-build community and her presence there was invaluable. She was able to ask questions that we never would have thought of and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the entire home-building process. We truly could not have asked for a better realtor!

Finding and choosing Courtney to be our realtor was the best decision we could have made. We are a little late in posting a review, but it was so important to us that we share how amazing she is. We found her online and after meeting with her, decided she was who we wanted on our team as we began our house search.

Being first time home buyers, we didn't know where to start or how the process worked. Courtney was incredibly patient with us and answered all our questions. She really got to know us and what we liked and didn't like in a house. We were comfortable with her and felt as if she was a friend, not just a realtor.

When we found "the house," it was actually Memorial Day and she had been at the lake with her family. The houses were going so quickly so my husband and I jumped in the truck as we frantically called and texted her repeatedly. Now, this was just us being crazy. She always responded within minutes to us, but we were stressed about this house being gone before we could get an offer in. She called us as we were pulling up to the house, laughing, and telling us she was on her way and had already spoken to the listing agent. Long story short, we were 1 of 13 offers on the table. Courtney asked that we trust and listen to her, and we would not lose the house without a fight. She then prayed with us and less than a day later, our offer was accepted!

We love our house, and we know we made the right decision in finding and trusting her. Although we do not plan on moving soon, we will definitely be using Courtney as our realtor in the future because we know we will be in good hands! Thank you for everything, Courtney!!

My wife and I worked with Courtney and her team to help us find a house in Murfreesboro. She was wonderful to work with. Her knowledge of the area and her years of experience in real estate proved very valuable to us. She is also very nice and fun to be around. Her entire team was very professional and helpful to an extreme. If you need to buy or sell, I would highly recommend Courtney. You will not be disappointed.

This team has the knowledge and guts to take on any real estate need and get it done!! I had a property that needed work but had lots of potential and had come off the market after a month or so with another realtor. Courtney (and James Phinney) of Team Yates convinced me to let them relist it and personally screened each potential buyer before showings. I got a great price on my home, and was able to buy a home that needed no repairs. She is simply amazing. Even when one contract fell through she contacted others (we had multiple offers) and got it sold anyway! You will not find a more knowledgable, seasoned professional that truly cares about who she works for. LOVE Courtney and Team Yates :)
