Craig Berry

Craig is a Manhattan native and Kansas State graduate with extensive local knowledge and commitment to the community. He represents clients in buying and selling new construction, remodels, residential resale, residential and commercial land. Craig’s experience in all things real estate, as well as his unmatched commitment to his clients, will make him an asset in your next real estate transaction!

Craig decided to pursue his career in real estate in 2016 during his last semester at Kansas State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Working in property management throughout college, Craig saw real estate as an opportunity to stay close to his family in Manhattan, and also serve his community.

Craig is an active member on the Board of Directors for The Manhattan Area Habitat for Humanity. Craig is also very involved in local education, serving on the Woodrow Wilson Site Council and volunteering at Manhattan Catholic Schools where he was a K-8 student.

Craig’s hobbies include golf, watching sports, cheering on the Wildcats, reading, and attending concerts. In his free time, Craig's favorite thing to do is spend time with his friends, family, French Bulldog, and especially his two nieces.
