As out of towners, my wife and I were not very familiar with the local nuances of NE Florida beyond the facts and figures we gathered on the web. We found Craig through a referral which raved about him. We hadn't met Craig prior to arriving in Florida but decided to work with him based on the referral. We were so lucky in the end since all of the great things said about Craig were true and then some. He carved out huge blocks of time to show us properties in the Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine and Palm Coast during our week long visit. Craig was very knowledgeable of the area. He was very easy to work with and was not a typical pushy sales person. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a great deal of patience as we can be very demanding buyers. We saw more properties than I care to admit. He had all the routes and schedules preselected and all we had to do was follow his plan. He was very efficient. His responsiveness and follow-up was better than any real estate profession I have worked with over the past 30 years. We made a couple of offers during our house hunting visit. He was great at presenting and negotiating the offers for us. We got a steal of a price on a property and are thrilled to be the new proud owners. We owe it all to Craig as we know we never would have found it or gotten such a great deal on it without his skill and expertise. As a Vice President of Customer Experience for a major Fortune 500 company, I know what a good customer experience is and how important it is overall. Craig, gets an A+++ on overall Customer Experience and Satisfaction from me!
