About Craig & Delia

Craig graduated from the University of the Pacific with a degree in economics and moved to Park City in 1973. A full-time real estate agent since 1978, Craig was the leading sales agent for Deer Valley real estate from 2000-2007, the number-one Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agent in 2001 and 2004 and is the only Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agent to remain ranked in the top-three sales agents for six years in a row. He was also ranked in the top 100 agents out of BHHS Utah's entire nation-wide network of agents, and alongside his wife and business partner Delia, was ranked in the top 10 sales teams nationwide in 2007.

Delia did a wonderful job of showing us a wide variety of properties and she and Craig helped educate us about the market and the pros and cons of every one of the properties we previewed. After we settled on a property they made the escrow and closing processes seamless. Once we closed they were very helpful in getting us connected with local designers and vendors to help us get settled and make some improvements to our property. We are thrilled with our new place and wouldn't hesitate to work with Delia and Craig again or to recommend them wholeheartedly to friends and family. They are the best real estate agents we have worked with!
