Let me start by saying that without question Craig Diez is the best realtor in the Sacramento area. I say this as I have personally done 10 transactions with him over the past 20 years that all went spectacularly. And I have worked in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years where I was involved with literally 1000’s of transactions and hundreds of realtors. I found that most realtors were unprofessional and simply drove people around and wrote up a contract with minimal experience, knowledge, or problem-solving . And their clients suffered great duress and even lost deals from the lack of a good quarterback to represent them in resolving even the simplest of obstacles.

Here is what separates Craig from the rest. He has 35 years of experience as a full-time professional and knows his stuff. He knows the market better than anyone, both good markets and bad. He is client driven and that is his only concern, not a commission. He is the most communicative and accessible realtor you will ever find. He even answers his phone 90% of the time which is unheard of in this industry! He gives honest advice about getting the right value. He explains things so that his clients feel knowledgeable and empowered.

Craig is a master at overcoming the inevitable challenges with transactions and properties. He works closely with numerous contractors and vendors that might be required in preparing a property for sale at maximum price. And I have seen Craig close dozens of transactions with property or loan difficulties that no other realtor could have figured out.

And beyond all that, Craig is a really good man and his clients end up loving him both during the process and after they are done. Many like me have stayed with him for 20+ years. When someone asks me to refer a realtor, Craig is the only choice. Anyone would be lucky to have him on their team.

While prices continued to surge in Sacramento earlier this year (2021), Craig helped guide us through an unpredictable market. Craig Diez has been a life saver! He is a source of sanity in the craziness of buying and/or selling a home in any market. I first met Craig in 2009 when I was attempting to sell a home and purchase another. He was the seller’s agent for my soon-to-be new home and made it such an easy transition…he even gave advice on how to sell my current home since my agents were not being as successful with showing it as I would have liked. His 33+ years of expertise in his field show through in so many ways! I called him again when my daughter wanted to buy her first home- he spent so much time finding the perfect home for her and walking her through every step. He has amazing contacts both during and after the sale…he is always available to connect you to a plumber, roofer, whatever, even long after the deal is done! Recently both my daughter and myself used him to sell our houses and to find us a new multi-family home…he was amazing! Went above and beyond in finding us a perfect home and selling our existing properties within 3 days…for both houses!! He has complete control of his deals, all the way through, finding your perfect home, setting you up with mortgage helpers, inspections, paperwork, movers, repair guys, etc. It is such a smooth process with him that I can’t imagine using anyone else…ever!
