Craig gets my highest recommendation for anyone looking for property in the Brownsville area, but in particular, if you’re moving in from elsewhere, this is the guy you want to be working with.

Plenty of realtors will happily drive you around to properties where you did all the legwork, let you make a lousy deal yourself, fill out some paperwork, then cash the check. But Craig isn’t one of them. He’s a fine example of all the reasons why you hire an agent in the first place.

Craig is incredibly well connected in the community, and has in-depth knowledge of every neighborhood. He knows which listings are a waste of time despite looking good in MLS, and which are hidden gems. He knows the local market inside out, including all the changes that have been happening since things started heating up with SpaceX. He is directly familiar with practically every property on offer, and often knows the owners personally. And like all truly great agents, Craig will protect you from yourself. He’ll stop you from getting excited and overpaying, but will also encourage you not to dither and to pull the trigger on a great deal. In a market as wild as this, you really want a guy like Craig in your corner.

My personal case is a fine example. Craig helped keep me from bidding up a property too high, and as disappointing as it was to be outbid on that one, he got me into an even better property not long after, and in a location that wouldn’t otherwise have been on my radar. Great job, Craig!

Hire this guy, you won’t regret it.

Craig was incredibly helpful during all the steps of the home buying process. As a first time homeowner in a state I’ve only lived in for a couple months, I had a lot of questions and concerns.
