Craig Marcum

Craig's knowledge can be of great service to you whether you are listing your house for sale or looking to purchase a home. Craig has been working or playing in the Annapolis area for forty years. He is University of Maryland graduate, member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, and member of the National Association of Realtors.

In his previous career performed over 9,000 home inspections following the ASHI standards of practice. He is one of the most respected inspectors in the area. Craig has been buying and rehabbing his own properties for over thirty years.

Craig lives just outside Annapolis with his wonderful wife Shawna. On a lighter note, his other hobbies include crewing on racing sailboats, crabbing, power boating, fossil and artifact hunting when time allows.
