Craig Pitzi, is a realtor [16-years experience] that services all of Greater Boston, including the North Shore, Cape Ann and Metro West. As a former bank appraiser, Craig has been involved with the valuation of 1000’s of homes over the years prior to becoming a full time realtor, which helped him gain experience in valuing complex properties and learning the many different communities in Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts. Now with over 350 sold homes, Craig has gained a wealth of experience to properly market your home. Craig has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRS (Seller Rep Specialist) Designation as well as the ABR (Accredited Buyer Rep) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) which have provided him with critical training techniques on marketing your home, helping you buy a home and working with seniors who may have need of moving to a more suitable housing situation. Craig loves helping people and will always be there to go above and beyond for them, now and in the years ahead. He has lived in Boston, Wakefield and now resides on the North Shore but covers a wide range of areas for his clients. Craig is also very experience in marketing expired listings and investment properties. He works with his team member Anu Suri.
