Highly recommended!

Craig helped us buy, sell, and buy two houses over the course of 10 years. He managed us dealing with impossible work schedules and even one of us being on travel and having to do stuff from random time zones.

He also referred us to colleagues when we were considering a property in a state he wasn't licensed in. Super helpful!

Finally, and most importantly for us, he just got the stuff done:
Set up appointments? Yep!
Deal with a billion showing appointments? Yep!
Counseling us on potential inspection items? Yep!
Helping us break in to our new home when all the keys were locked inside? Yep yep!
Drive to meet us at house showings far away? Yep!
Trek through probably tick-infested muddy woods to examine a tire and chemical dump in the back of a potential property? Yep, that too!

Yeah ... All that and more.

We had to sell a well lived in house in a great neighborhood fast. We struggled with balancing the cost of fixing up vs selling "as is" for a fair price. Our attorney recommended Craig Rosenfeld as an agent that could help us figure out the best path. Craig was super responsive, always responding immediately to calls and texts. He researched properties and remodeling costs and sales prices and came up with the best strategy for us. Craig priced the house just right to bring in scores of interested buyers. Great realtor…had to sell parents’ house which needed a lot of repair. He advised us what needed to be done to get house on the market quickly to take advantage of rising prices. Craig very quickly got the house listed, pics up online, and advised us which bids to consider. The house was sold within a few days of the open house weekend, and he helped us through the settlement process. His commission is reasonable, and he went above and beyond to get us through this difficult time!

I couldn't recommend Craig Rosenfeld enough! My husband and I are newly weds, first time home buyers, and expecting a baby on the way. You can imagine, life has been pretty crazy. Craig was recommended to us by a close friend and we are SO glad that we worked with Craig on buying our first home.

He made home buying for first time home buyers very transparent! I'm always one to ask a lot of questions and he spent a good amount of time explaining all of the various different processes in buying a house and his professional recommendations & suggestions. We couldn't have been better informed on each and every decision we made thanks to Craig.

He's also more than just your average real estate agent! He's a great friend and I'm expecting to see him at our baby shower/house warming in our new home in Ellicott City!!!

In a very competitive housing market, Mr. Rosenfeld helped us find a great house and helped us negotiate a great price. He was very responsive throughout the process including assisting with the inspection, the loan process, the closing, and even after the move, he helped us with finding the right contractors.
Mr. Rosenfeld is the ultimate professional. He knows the DMV housing market very well and can help you find the right property. He is also a very good listener and understands what you are looking.

Craig is an amazing realtor! This is the second time I’ve used him to help with the purchase of a home and each time, the process has been smooth with the least amount of stress possible. Even after the transaction closed, Craig has made sure to keep in touch and check in on things to make sure that we are being taken care of and things are going as expected. In today’s market, it’s so hard to find the right home in the right location for the right price and that’s exactly what Craig did for us. We ended up getting our dream home for under listing price which is unheard of now. Craig made sure to coordinate all of our inspections, answer all of our questions, and make sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. I moved across country from MD to CA leaving my house in Craig Rosenfeld's capable hands. It was probably less than usual to have a house full of junk and pandemic in front of him. Instead, we hatched a partnership plan. I provided resources, he provided connections and expertise. I provided guidance on my expectations, he provided direction and a plan to get to closing. Boy, did that work out great! All the house clearing, painting, repair, and beautification got done - Plan Part A check! Plan Part B - listing and selling went super fast. The day after staging we got a good offer and we finalized it within a day. Plan Part B check! Plan Part C - closing was awesome. I signed all the papers on my porch (safe distancing a notary) in CA. Funds arrived one hour after closing! Plan Part C check! Look, this was a novel challenge in the time of novel Corona Virus, but Craig Rosenfeld made it happen flawlessly. I'm super happy. I believe the buyers are super happy. Great experience all around.

Craig helped me handle the sale of my mother's house when she needed to move and downsize. I live out of state and he helped coordinate cleaning and repairs, and even helped to find a few things that we accidentally left behind and sent them to us.

When the house was ready to go on the market he made sure we got a good price for the house and took care of organizing the paperwork so that I didn't have to be there in person. It all went very smoothly.

I would give 10 stars if possible. If you are looking for a realtor to help you sell your home or buy a new home, call Craig Rosenfeld. Seriously. He is great! He is honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate. However, one of the most important qualities in an agent is responsiveness. If I texted him with a question, he answered immediately. When we moved to Maryland Craig helped us purchase a house. Many years later we were prepared to call him to sell our house. Then Covid happened. When we were finally ready to sell, Craig came over with a mask and supplied booties for showings. He had the best photographer make our home look great online, which is how most buyers shop now. Thank you Craig.
And he sold our house fast! Once someone told me hire someone you trust and let them do their job. Hire Craig.
