I sold my first home because Cricket found us and the poor job of showcasing it that our original realtor was doing. After ending a contract with the first realtor, and house on market for 1 yr 3 months, Cricket sold our home in less than 3 months when the market was NOT good for sellers. When I went to sell my next home, obviously, I called him again. He again had my home sold in less than two months.
Cricket truly listens to his clients, and plays on the market they’re in. His eccentric and creative nature is a key to his success.
I’ve had multiple transactions with Cricket’s assistance, including sell and purchase.
He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, he has vast knowledge of the market, and he accomplishes the goals his clients ask for.
I will continue to return to Cricket for any real estate needs in the future.
Of the hundreds of realtors available in our market, Cricket is second to none.

We had a lake house with a beautiful view and the perfect location. Cricket came up with a creative marketing campaign. He produced a short video that showcased the our home with aerial views. (He is an artist with a camera). Because of his hard work and unique style, we were able to sell our home fast with an out of state buyer. It gets better... We then had specific things we wanted in our next home. Cricket listened and showed us homes that related to our dreams. We bought an awesome house in a super fun community. Cricket checks in with us now and then. He is a real person that cares about others and he just happens to be a fantastic Real Estate Agent.

What an adventure we experienced in trying to find a home after the sale of our house in Kentucky. We contacted a realtor about a home in Warsaw Missouri that we were interested in. That Realtor (Cricket Staggs) turned out to be an amazing person. So helpful and positive that we would eventually find our forever retirement home. Not knowing that we would end up in Cricket's hometown of Lebanon, Missouri. He went above and beyond to help us find the home we were looking for, long hours, phone calls, etc... What a amazing work ethic and attitude he has. We are so thankful that we can call him our Realtor, our neighbor here in Lebanon, but most of all a good friend. I pretty much fell into Cricket Staggs blindly. I had used another realtor and was not happy with my results so I just googled realtors in my area and found Cricket. I had read some really good reviews on him at realtor.com and decided to reach out to him and a few others. Cricket was by far the most responsive and the most thorough! We exchanged a few emails and I was sold on using him.

Cricket took the time to explain the market, his plan and what I should expect. What I didn't expect was to be treated as if I were his only client, (which I was not) or for him to be as responsive as he was. And, as I don't live in Missouri, I wasn't planning on meeting him in person. However, Cricket and his family vacationed in the state I live in and took the time to go off course to meet me in person!

My house was being used as a vacation rental and Cricket worked around my rental schedule as to not impose on any of my guests. He worked his schedule to fit the two days that were vacant to hold an open house. His marketing job leading up to the open house proved to be a winner. From the one day of showing, Cricket brought me 5 offers and 4 of them were well over the asking price!

Cricket knows the market, he has tons of contacts for getting necessary repairs done and he handled all of the small details between realtors when there was no need for my input.

One of Cricket's reviews that I read said Cricket is the man, the myth, the legend. He proved that again with me. This was my first real estate transaction where I gladly paid the realtor their commission and only wish I could have paid Cricket the other agent's commission as well. It would have been well deserved and I will refer him to anyone in Missouri that wants a great realtor! Thank you Cricket!

I enjoy watching him explain the process to people in a professional manner. He understands that every client has different needs. He is able to work with many different types of buyers and sellers. Cricket was the second realtor we used to sell our home. He did what the other realtor wouldn't, he went outside Lebanon and found a buyer. We moved out of state and Cricket also helped keep an eye on the house, did some minor cleaning as needed and even did a couple small repairs.
