Cris Ryder earned her Real Estate License in 2001. Since then, she has apprenticed with some of the industry’s top coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of Real Estate. Cris has lived in several of the Quad Cities over the past 21 years, therefore, she is the expert to help you with all your home buying and selling needs in Moline, East Moline, and Rock Island in Illinois, as well as Davenport and Bettendorf in Iowa. Specializing in first time home buyers, and relocation but her multi-faced expertise is of great benefit to her clients. Cris understands the dynamics of the Quad Cities Real Estate market and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for her needs.

As an agent with EXIT Realty Fireside, Cris utilizes exclusive marketing tools to ensure her listings are widely exposed across the internet, showing each listing to its best advantage, ensuring each listing stands apart from the competition. Cris believes education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training with Dale Carniege and Tony Robins, Leaders Choice Training, Ninja training with Mike Selvagio, and Floyd Wickman’s SweatHogs. These classes covered a variety of topics from marketing listings for a quick sale, to negotiation contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure.

Having lived in San Diego, CA before relocating to the Davenport, IA, Cris understands the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling, and relocation process and strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients. Cris is a member in good standing with the Quad City Area REALTOR® Association (QCARA), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Iowa Association of REALTORS®, Illinois Association of REALTORS®, in addition to the Quad Cities Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Cris feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS® should be involved in the communities they work and live in. Cris has served her community in many capacities from The Membership Committee and Taking Care of Business Campaign with the Quad Cites Chamber of Commerce, to an Alleman High School parent volunteer. She and EXIT Realty support Habitat for Humanity and to date, they have donated over $2.25 million to the charity and have built more than 15 homes. In Cris’ free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her better half Scott, and three children - Macey, Gabbi, and Race!
