Cristiane’s ultimate goal as an agent is to make the process of buying and selling a home easy and enjoyable for all of her clients. One of her core strengths as a real estate agent is her unique ability to "think outside the box", to overcome any challenge thrown her way that most other agents get stuck on.
One of the ways she does this is by identifying all of the possible challenges her client may face BEFORE listing their property and having a plan to address each challenge ahead of time. Identifying challenges ahead of time and being ready will prevent a house from sitting on the market too long resulting in financial and emotional stress.
For all of these challenges and many more, it is important to have a solid strategy to address each one ahead of time, which is where she excels. She works closely with her clients to address all of these challenges up front. She is an honest, straight shooter, who is passionate in her job, always thinking of her clients.
