It was our good luck to reach out to Cristina to buy our dream house after wasting 6 months switching realtors twice. She is quick, straight to the point, yet takes the time to explain details when needed. She was budget friendly and understanding to our special requests. I never had to call twice or bother chasing for an honest answer like i did with other realtors.

She cleared my stress of the unknown as a first time buyer by explaining the next step beforehand and warning of possible loaner’s games to catch in time. Her guidance was exceptionally comfortable. If you are interested in selling your home NOW for the HIGHEST PRICE do yourself a favor and call Cristina. My experience was short due to the fact that she moves quick and gets things done. My house needed paint, flooring, and approx 3-5K in repairs. The first agent with a well known national RE brokerage suggested we do repairs and sell as-is. He spent 1 month looking for a handyman which he said he had a few. No results. I was referred to Cristiina. She immediately said to put in new carpet and do a interior paint job including the kitchen cabinets inside and out. No repairs...she said let them ask for it...We spent less on new carpet and paint than we would have on repairs. We said ok. 1 week later the house was painted, carpet complete, house staged... within 3 days we had 17 offers. Sold the house for 20K over asking....need I say more. Make the call!

If you are in the market to buy or sell a home look no further than Cristina!! She is one of a kind. She was able to get us $17000.00 over asking price and she does that on a regular basis for her customers. She is the best and most efficient realtor I have ever met and had the opportunity to work with. The process of buying and selling is not a fun one but if you have the right realtor it makes all the difference and makes the process a lot easier. Cristina was there 24/7 to answer any questions or listen to any concerns I had. I never had to track her down. If she didn't answer the phone the exact time I called it would be about 10 minutes and she would call me back. The realtor on the other side of the deal was very lax and did not do what she should of in a timely manner but Cristina was right there to handle it. She was actually doing her job and the job of the other realtor. She is on top of everything!!! Another plus to hiring Cristina is that you can use her staging company which is AMAZING!!!

Cristina is Awesome! We met many realtors before deciding to go with Cristina, we had a good vibe since the first time we met, she was very professional and extremly knowledgeable. She is very good at responding to all questions and needs right away, and made this very stressful process as smooth as possible. After meeting with us a few times she pretty much understood what we were looking for and right away found us THE house we waned!! We couldn’t be happier with her, very recommended for all real estate needs.

If you are in Cristina’s market area and are looking for an agent that will Work relentlessly on your behalf, you should really give her a call. Cristina had referred me a client moving to my area in 2017. Most agents will refer a client and wait for a check, but Cristina was extremely involved in the process, making sure things went well for her clients and making sure that they were happy and well taken care of. I could genuinely tell that Cristina cared about her clients and their experience, and as a professional I was extremely impressed with that. She is very nice, has great problem solving skills and will always have your best interest at heart.

On another note: I was reading a review from someone who gave her 1 Star. From what I can tell this guy is another agent locally whom appears to give other agents low ratings. Make no mistake, Cristina is as 5-Star as it gets!
