Starting to buy a home in the summer of 2022 was a horrifying time, especially as a fist time homeowner. Cristina was recommended to me by a few friends that said they could not have done it without her as their realtor. When it came time to sell my mom’s home, we knew who the real estate agent was going to be. From living and working in the local community we know many realtors, and we knew Cristina was the right person for the job.
Cristina’s advertisements along with her support of local events in the community and schools is fantastic. Her social media presence is great and it is obvious that she cares about her work, as well as the greater community. She has a great track record and tons of experience.
Cristina worked with us to not just set a fair, reasonable price, but also to advise us throughout the entire process. The house needed a lot of work to be ready for sale. She helped us set a realistic timeline and gave great advice on effectively disposing of the contents of the house. As we went through tag sales, donations, bulk pickups, etc., she was there advising and encouraging us.
Within a few days of listing, we had a half dozen offers. Cristina reviewed the pros and cons of each with us and together we quickly made a decision. After going back and forth a bit, the deal was set. From listing to closing the entire process took about two months.
This was a time-consuming, emotional event. Cristina was there every step of the way, making herself available by phone, text, email, and on the weekends and evenings. The pool of homes in our price range was in short supply and with the pandemic looming, we were pressed for time and resources.  Cristina paved the way for us with fidelity. There was never a time during this arduous experience where Cristina was not readily available to answer questions or bring us to a showing at a moments notice. She made all necessary information we did not know abundantly clear and went above and beyond to include everything we needed to know to move forward with the next steps of the process.
