We never waited long for those answers. No matter what time we called or emailed her, we never felt like we were being a bother. We are so grateful that Crystal was our realtor. She listened to us and our goals of finding a house before the holidays. She was very attentive even when she went on vacation. We would message her and she would always find a way to reach out in a timely manner and never complained. Crystal was an absolute delight to work with on the selling of our first home in Bristol, NH. It was our first time as sellers and she was very helpful with giving us a thorough understanding of the process especially in this current real estate climate. Although we had several offers, she made it easy to break down each offer, determine the pros & cons of each and make a decision to proceed with the best offer. She was very proactive with us as her client, always checking in to see how things are going and if we needed anything. Crystal is an amazing agent that facilitated a great sale!

Our experience with Crystal cannot be described in any number of words. She is an amazing realtor who cares extremely for her clients. She works very hard for them and does whatever needs to be done to accomplish their goals. In our experience with working with Crystal we started in I want to say like the winter months of 2020 in where we wanted to relocate from Milan to the lakes region, Crystal showed us properties where we were not exactly ready to purchase but wanted to look to see what was offering. She was very knowledgeable about the areas and the different things to do in each location. After a couple months we then were ready to start the hunt for our perfect home. Well let's say this was one heck of a fight in this housing market but with the determination, caring, professionalism, and all the hard work Crystal landed us our perfect home. But it wasn't easy, we must have looked at like many many houses, put in offers got them rejected but she just kept on pushing us to keep going, not to give up. She was very helpful in many aspects where we did virtual showings when we couldn't come down to look at the properties. She took the time to go to the towns to get maps and or etc. information so we were fully informed on the properties that we were looking at to purchase. She also helped out in the sale of our house that we were selling because the realtor we had up north was not much help at all. If anyone is looking for a realtor, I cannot express how much anyone should reach out and ask for Crystal Bullerwell. Thank you so much Crystal for everything you have done for us, we appreciate it.

From DAY 1, Crystal followed proper protocol and made sure all paperwork was in order; a huge PLUS when doing any sort of Real Estate scenario. She constantly updated me on the process of our dealings, worked hard with the other side and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I’ll definitely use Crystal again should I decide to sell.

Crystal was very responsive and communicated with me on a timely fashion .She is good and very profesional as we had a challenging land parcel that sold .She interfaced with the town and civil engineer for various state approvals that helped the process
