I began my real estate career in Kern County in 1980 and obtained my Broker's license in 1983 after completing the required real estate courses offered by USC. As a member of the local board of Realtors in Porterville, CA, I served as President, Vice President, MLS Chairperson, State Director for the California Association of Realtors and was voted "Salesperson of the Year" by my peers. In 1991, I left real estate sales to become a mortgage professional and enjoyed the complexities of the lending side of the industry for 17 very rewarding years before the "credit crunch" steered me back into real estate sales and management. In 2003, I moved from Porterville to Pismo Beach and realized my life long dream of living "at the beach". As a member of the largest real estate company on the Central Coast, I am committed to helping my clients and team members reach the goals that are REALLY important to them.
