Amazing experience with Crystal and Grace!!! As a victim of the housing market crash in ‘08, I was hesitant and afraid to buy a house again but Crystal never gave up on me. She saw an opportunity and guided me the entire time! I had questions, a lengthy house requirement list and an active desire to see all the houses. Crystal was patient and honest, and reassured me every step of the way! (Those short videos really helped!) And Grace took me EVERYWHERE! I saw houses in Alta Loma, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga - new builds, not so new builds - and we eventually found the perfect home in Rancho Cucamonga that met all of my needs!

tl;dr Grace got us into our first home after a long search!

Anyone who has tried to buy a house in 2021 and 2022 knows how hard you have to compete for your dream home! It’s incredibly important to have the right realtor in a challenging market. Grace has a lot of experience, connections, and when push comes to shove, she will be honest with you. She connected us with a lender, who was able to close in 19 days! Although, she’s based in Ontario, she will travel to the OC area to meet your needs! It was great to have someone like Grace guide us as first time homebuyers.

I hired Crystal, Realtor from Realty Masters & Associate for the purchase of my home.

Some background of myself. I am a single buyer, middle class income. Crystal never said she couldn’t assist me! She never said you don’t make enough! Crystal believed we could do it! We were a Team. Crystal, Stacy, and myself played a position.

Crystal and Stacy are consistently in communication! Daily updates, daily notifications of homes and consistently staying connected!

The bidding on homes! The offers and denials were tough but Crystal and Stacy did not give up! When things got tough and home purchasing can sometimes require negotiation - Crystal does what is needed for the client/customer she is representing.
