Crystal Jacks is phenomenal! She's been our realtor for the last 9 months. She helped us through the process of trying to decide between purchasing an existing home or a new build. We opted for a new build & she also assisted us through the process of selling our current home. She's been so very patient, meticulous, & very detailed oriented. My favorite trait of hers is her communication skills! She was always keeping us informed & staying on top of the builder in making sure they were also communicating with us. She assisted us in looking at rental options in-between housing, she navigated through transfering an existing solar loan with us & she always made sure our comfort levels were met throughout the pandemic as we were a covid-cautious family during our open house showings. She attended walkthroughs, design center meetings, & inspections while always having our best interest. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor & friend to help guide us on an already stressful life event! You'll love everything about her!
