My husband and I moved to Bellingham earlier this year and Crystal helped us with the purchase of a property in South Hill that closed a few weeks ago. We've work with a lot of realtors in the past, and Crystal is by far, one of the best. Not only is she professional in every way, she is highly experienced and a pure joy to work with! She went above and beyond for us and took care of us like family. For example, she waited in the snow on our behalf for 6 hours while our inspector completed his work. She made sure to only have us work with highest quality contractors and companies from her vast network. Our transaction was quite complex and required great attention to detail and rapid decision making. Crystal provided us all the resources, patience, and care that was required to complete all of the above. She listens thoroughly and created one of the best experiences for us as we transitioned to a new city. She will be our forever realtor here in Bellingham as we're looking to purchase land next. Crystal helped us sell our house and purchase a new one. She was very knowledgeable on both the sale and the purchase. She helped us prepare our house for sale, giving great advise and supplying us with great people to work with to get the job done. She did a wonderful job presenting our house to the market; pointing out all of the great qualities it had to offer (cul-de-sac, good schools, neighborhood, etc.). In the purchase of our new home, she was very patient with us (as we had many questions and wanting to see multiple houses). Crystal is in the game, her knowledge of real estate and "on it" mentality found us our house the day it went on the market! Before the sign was put in the yard, we had made an offer...and what a find it was, we love our new home and neighborhood!

We hired Crystal to be the listing agent on our house. She did a thorough job of providing us a list of suggestions in getting our house “show-ready”, she presented her marketing plan to us and gave us an idea of what to expect throughout the home-selling process. We appreciated the fact that we were able to have an open dialog with Crystal in advance about our expectations and she did a good job explaining how she could deliver on those expectations. She provided us with a Competitive Market Analysis but also recognized the things that made our home unique and/or desirable (well maintained/quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, close to town location, good schools, etc.) and she guided us in listing it at a price that would be competitive. Selling and/or purchasing a home is often times one of the biggest investments of a lifetime so it can be stressful but because we had such an open line of communication with our realtor, it made the process that much easier for us. Our house sold within several months of going on the market and we were able to relocate out-of-state without having to worry about any open-ended items.
