Crystal takes pride in never forgetting that this is not just a job She is playing a role in helping families make their dreams come true! Having grown up most of her life in Hawaii, she has always been drawn to beaches. She moved to Oceanside in 1995 and the rest is history! Julie started her career in Real Estate almost 20 years ago and during this time also became a loan officer. She absolutely loves what she does and is honored to get the privilege of working with all types of different people and helping them achieve their dream. Her love for North County San Diego and the people in it drew her to the Juncal team.

Julie is also on the chair of the Tri-City District Council for NSDCAR and the government relations team with NSDCAR.

North County is her home! Her oldest daughter grew up in Oceanside and played Pop Warner Cheer, her son currently plays Pop Warner, and her youngest daughter does dance. She believes she has been blessed with a career that she loves waking up to each day and helping those who never knew homeownership was possible.
