I can't believe how lucky we were to have run into Crystal. We were looking at a house in Duck when Crystal came up and introduced herself to me. Even though she was getting ready to show the house to another client, she took the time to walk me around the house and talk to me about a few of the issues and some of the logistics. I left thinking I would never see her again, but when a few houses turned up on the market that we were interested in, I reached out to Crystal and she promptly returned my calls/texts. She was so responsive, I would've thought that I was her only client! She took the time to walk through the houses virtually with us and show us items that she thought may be an issue. She discussed the the purchase process thoroughly (we had no idea about the N.C. laws, as we are from out of state). She never pressured us, ever! She would always provide us good, sound, solid advice when we asked for it. Her knowledge regarding the properties in the Outer Banks in phenomenal! With Crystal's help, we managed to buy our retirement home at the price we were comfortable with. She is an excellent negotiator and fights for her clients. She works so hard behind the scenes to make it such a smooth transaction. This was by far the easiest, smoothest real estate transaction I have ever had! I would definitely recommend Crystal to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Outer Banks! Thank you Crystal! You're the best!
