Curtis Andrews

Curtis has been in the local Sarasota/Bradenton area since 1977. He graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has an extensive background in luxury resort sales and management.

Curt knows Siesta key like the back of his hand, working for Beachside Management vacation rental company. He gained valuable experience in managing and producing maximum revenue for investment properties.
His love of history has taken him to properties like the world-famous Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego for 14 years as Director of Rooms. The Mohonk Mountain House in upstate New York, the classic Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park and the Gasparilla Inn in Boca Grande, Florida. All on the National Historical Landmark list.
Curtis has a passion for sports and worked for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee as Manager of Operations of the Olympic Village for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.

Curtis is the proud father of three wonderful children. Sam, a FSU film school graduate and media and film producer in Los Angeles. Jack is a colleague and partner at Better Homes and Gardens Atchley Properties. Lilly just graduated from the University of Florida and is going to Law school next year.
