About Curtis

Curtis is a native Arizonan, born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He moved to Young, AZ in 1999 and started as a sales associate at Waite's Country Realty, his family business, the following year. In 2003, he became a Broker and later the Designated Broker when his mother, Brenda Sue Waite, retired. He has a varied background in electrical contracting, administrative management, and high-volume retail management.

Curtis is married, with five children and seven grandchildren, and a large number of dogs and cats. During his time living in Young, he has served the community in several different leadership capacities, including School Board president and Junior High basketball coach, Boy Scouts scoutmaster, Pleasant Valley Historical Society president, and Pleasant Valley Days parade coordinator. He enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and the quiet lifestyle of a small community.
