Curtis has lived in the Solano, Napa, and Yolo County countryside’s his entire life, and that is why he chose to specialize in these areas for real estate. He and his wife, Susie, have raised four children: three daughters and one son. He grew up in a family business and that experience has given him a greater understanding for both the needs of the customer and the businessperson. While he has specialized in country properties, he has also managed numerous urban properties, too. Curtis has many clients moving from or to the country, and he is very capable of handling urban property transactions. Country properties are much more involved, including but not limited to, understanding agricultural issues, leases, property lines, easements, wells, septic systems, and utilities.
Curtis has been highly active in the community having served as President of Vacaville Police Activities League, Chairman of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce, Director of Solano Community Foundation, and the Solano Midnight Sun Foundation. He is now committed to the Wreath Project at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon. Curtis and his family spearhead the fundraising drive to purchase wreaths for the fallen at Christmas and have done that since 2006 when that cemetery opened. In addition, he was elected to the 2015 Board of Directors for the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors.
Curtis truly specializes in people, customer service, and doing things correctly the first time to make every real estate experience a positive one. He was raised in the country his entire life and has always enjoyed the outdoors and raising a few animals. Curtis thoroughly enjoys what he does, so call him anytime!!!
