Cyndi is a wonderful realtor and a genuinely nice person. She went out of her way to meet our every need. She was always available - we could count on her to either answer her phone or return our calls when she was busy. Always answers her email, and that's important! She made sure that we ended up with the house we wanted and never tried to push us toward any particular house or subdivision (and we've had realtors do that before) that really didn't fit us. Cyndi has an experienced eye when she's looking at a potential home and she warned us about things we might not have noticed otherwise. In early 2006 I considered moving from LaMarque, Texas and to Austin, Texas to be close to family. I contacted Cyndi, [who I did not know] the daughter of a high school friend of my wife, for information on the procedure for putting my house on the market for sale. She visited my home, explained the procedure for selling a home and suggested what I could do to make the house more attractive to prospective buyers. She advised that she would be happy to handle the sale if I decided to move. I was still undecided on moving after living in LaMarque for over 50 years, but then, considering my options, I decided it would be best for me to move. I called Cyndi and we signed a contract for her to handle the sale. Cyndi ended up changing the Realtor with who she was associated just before the sale of the house was finalized, leaving the finalization with original Realtor. This however did not terminate a friendship that had been established and would be happy to recommend Cyndi to handle any of your Real-estate needs. Frank Bales - Client
