Thank you for all your help with finding a tenant for my rental property.

You listened to my needs and concerns and delivered. You took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. If you heard any inkling of hesitation in my voice you picked up on it and talked me through it. Keeping me fully informed throughout the entire process all while educating, giving tips and ideas along the way. All which were greatly appreciated!

Your thinking outside of the box allowed you to show the property and not skip a beat during what became a pandemic. When we meet at the property you took your camera out and not only took pictures but also created a video of the home to assist with advertising the property. Who would’ve thought how handy that came in when the state shut down! It allowed you to change to virtual showings keeping us all safe.

But most of all thank you for being very patient with me and not rushing the process.

Ms. Chambers was a delightful agent, she was very knowledgeable on all aspects from prepping/ staging the home as well as suggesting repairs and market pricing. I put my home on the market with in 6 days after completing all of her suggestions received 4 bids above and beyond my asking price. She made this a very smooth transition during the pandemic.
