I absolutely enjoyed having Cindy as my Realtor. She’s professional and knows her business. She informed me on each step and kept me on task for selling my house. From our initial meeting to closing, it was less than eight weeks! She sold my house quickly and was motivated. I experienced back to back showings and had multiple offers within the first weekend. Cindy was so understanding with me; I had long work hours-few days off-kids-pets and 20 plus years to sort, pack and move, and we still managed to close on time. I highly recommend Cindy!

She pursued a number of advertising strategies at her own expense and was always a consummate professional. Cynthia went over and beyond as she assisted me in purchasing a new townhome in Becker, MN. From the start, she asked me what I was looking for, and she was so spot on, that I fell in love with the first place she showed me, even though we looked at a dozen more. Since I was living near Milwaukee, she often checked on the progress of my new construction and helped take care of any trouble shooting that needed to be done. We stayed in touch daily as I was trying to sell my home, and kept the builder informed about closing dates and any of my concerns. She also helped me obtain a moving company and was with me the day I moved in to walk through and note jobs that still needed to be completed. We are still in contact daily, as we continue to troubleshoot concerns. I can't say enough good things about Cynthia. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

What can I say. I was told my property would only go for X amount. My gut feeling told me differently. I reached out to a professional named Cynthia. I am so happy I did. She completely smashed and exceeded what I was told I would get for my property. And not only that, I received nothing but red carpet service, always answered calls, texts etc without a delay. She is super professional and more importantly, super personable. She knew the job, she took it and didn’t look back. Where do I even start? This was my first home buying experience and Cynthia made it simple. She was always on top of it all, able to explain things in simple terms, and kept me sane during the whole process (with the building delays). From the beginning of the build to the finish she was always on my side and responded to any questions or doubts I had (almost scary how fast she responds or answers a call). I've heard horror stories about some realtors out there, she IS NOT one of them. You cannot go wrong if Cynthia is on your side! She is simply amazing!
Selling our home was so easy with her professional (and amazing) pictures, her guidance and support. I think she has tricks most realtors don’t use... we had so many scheduled showings before our house even hit the market. She also poured everything she has into finding us a home and made us feel like we were her most important clients (even when she was maxed out in this crazy market). Some times I felt like she was our therapist with all the calls and questions.
We never felt neglected and never pushed - it’s like she knew what we needed even when we didn’t know ourselves.
If you are looking for a realtor that really knows what they are doing, and pours everything into YOU buying or selling, she is your person!

This lady should wear a cape!💪🏻 My husband and I were on a strict deadline to sell our home before moving out of state. The thought of two mortgages made us ill as would most people. Well... she sold our house in 48 hours closed in less then 15 days and now we are living stress free in our new state without worrying about our home being sold.
Cynthia is really a GO GETTER! She listed our house in less then 8 hours, had photos, drone images and a small video blasted to all the social networks and still made time to answer ALL of our questions even at 11:00 pm or 5:00 am😊
