Cynthia Scarbinsky

Cynthia has real estate in her blood, growing up in a family business that dealt with all aspects of homebuilding. Staying true to her roots after receiving a Biology degree from UAB, she elected to handle the accounting for the company and run one of its divisions. She served as secretary-treasurer and eventually co-owner, running the day-to-day operations of the business until selling her share of the company. Cynthia has had her real estate license since 2001 and is renowned for her integrity, professionalism, loyalty and commitment. She has served the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout the state of Alabama. With many years of real estate experience, Cynthia is recognized for her sales achievements and her reputation as one of the most trusted real estate agents in the area. As the mother of two sons in college, she loves to call Birmingham home. Her husband, Kevin, is very active in the community as well. He enjoyed a long career as a sports journalist for The Birmingham News and AL.com, appearing often on radio and television as well. Their home is and always will be in Birmingham.
