Cynthia Williams

Cynthia is co-owner of Kathy Evans Real Estate, LLC, and Office Manager. She has over 15 years of Real Estate experience, 7 years as a licensed agent in Arizona and 8 years as a licensed agent in Texas. Her passion is to work in the farm and ranch arena, but she is fully engaged in the residential market. She was presented the Realtor of the Year Award for 2013, and The Spirit Award for 2014. Cynthia is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and hold the Accredited Buyers Representation Designation (ABR), ePRO Certification (ePRO), the Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), the Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), and the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation. She has completed the Texas Realtor Leadership Program of which she is extremely proud. She is currently President of The Board of Greater Metro West Association of Realtors 2017 and hold several committee positions, both State and Local. Cynthia is on TAR Professional Standards Committee and am a TAR Mediator. She is dedicated to the professional advancement of real estate industry and to keeping it relevant in today’s market. Cynthia wants to be a shining example of what a true Real Estate Professional is.
