In 2004 while working as a Program Manager in the automotive world, I decided to buy my first duplex as a side hustle. I saw the value of owning real estate long term, while the love of working with people, and being "handy" at the property scratched my real estate desire.

I have continued my love of real estate by investing in single family homes, duplexes, rehabs, and multi-family properties. Over the last 19 years, I have expanded my knowledge through buying and selling homes, land contracts, and holding long-term rentals. Working with all aspects of these investment properties has given me experience and first-hand knowledge that brings value to my clients.
