Hi, I’m Dacey Motes, a North Alabama REALTOR® with a background in construction and concrete pumping experience that gives my clients a practical, real world perspective throughout the buying and selling process. I earned my real estate license at 19 years old and have been building my business and serving clients across North Alabama ever since.
I’ve built my business around being honest, responsive, efficient, and finding solutions when things don’t go as planned. Real estate can move fast and get stressful quickly, so my goal is always to stay ahead of problems, communicate clearly, and make the process feel as smooth as possible for the people I work with.
One thing that sets me apart is that I don’t believe my job ends at closing. Whether it’s helping clients get connected with contractors, recommending local businesses, answering questions months later, providing a local's guide to the area, or simply helping people get familiar with the area, I will always be a long term resource for my clients, not just someone there for the transaction itself.
I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and families relocating across North Alabama, especially the Lake Guntersville area, and I’m proud to be a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), helping service members and military families navigate the unique challenges that can come with relocating. No two clients or deals are the same, which is why I believe every experience should be tailored to the person behind it, not treated like just another transaction.
