My husband and I started looking seriously in about September of 2021. We had ideas of what we wanted initially, but with the ever changing market our ideas would change. Dair was patient with us in trying to find what we were looking for. We bought a nice starter home in March of 2022 and Dair continues to help find us more of what we were originally wanting, house with land. He is dedicated to helping you find what you want!

My wife and I worked with Dair when we were shopping for a larger home in the Fall/Winter of 2020. We had a pretty restrictive set of requirements regarding the general location of the house, but Dair was patient as we spent many months looking at several different areas around St. Peters and St. Charles.

We ended up offering on a few different houses in that period before finally getting the perfect home for us; Each time Dair was professional and walked us through the offer, answering any questions we had and discussing general expectations given the competitive market conditions. Dair also did a good job of helping us manage the emotions that comes with trying to purchase a home (and sometimes losing a bidding war).

Finally, once we were under contract, Dair was on top of things and made sure we got to closing day without any hiccups.

Dair was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend him enough!

He made the whole process so easy and was really able to help us find a home that fit us perfectly without breaking the bank. I think the biggest thing with Dair is that he will be honest about his opinion and not pressure you into a home you don’t truly love simply for his personal gain, but rather will help you to find the home you truly love.
