Dakri and Anjanette were wonderful when we needed to sell our house. We had moved out of state for work and needed to sell our house. We contacted a few other realtors first, to get an idea what our house might sell for and how long it would sit on the market. We weren't impressed with the responses from other realtors. The other realtors took several days to get back to us, didn't seem interested in our listing, and the price they suggested to list at seemed really low. Then we contacted Dakri, and wow, what a difference! Right off the bat, they were responsive, excited to help us out, and transparent about the process. They did a wonderful job arranging out house to look perfect for the photographer they brought in to take pictures. Anjanette took the time to call or text me every day to let me know how things were going, where we were at in the process, and giving feedback from prospective buyers. It made life pretty much stress free for me, since I was out of state and couldn't be there to take care of some things. They had our house sold within 4 days of putting the listing up, and they sold it for 10% more than what the other realtors had suggested listing it for! We had been really stressed about trying to sell or house while out of state, but Dakri Bernard Realty made the whole process a complete breeze from start to finish. I never had to worry about anything. When buying or selling a home, there are always unforeseen challenges that pop up, but Dakri and Anjanette were always one step ahead, making the whole experience smooth and stress free for me.
