Dale Brousseau

My experience in Real Estate started in 1990 at Carlson Real Estate in Winchester. I was mostly an apprentice and an assistant to my mother, Carole Brousseau, who was the top producer in that office. I was extremely fortunate to be able to learn from an experienced Broker that took the time to teach me about marketing, ethics, loyalty to customers and clients and so much more.

In 1992, I was recruited to work at Coldwell Banker Hunneman which is now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Winchester.

I have received various sales awards from Coldwell Banker in each year of service there. I was awarded the title of Vice President which represents being in the top quartile of this company, a title I held throughout my Real Estate career at Coldwell Banker.
In 2004 I received the honor of International Presidents Circle which is awarded to the top 4% of Sale Associates throughout the Coldwell Banker network Internationally.
