Dale Johnson is an all-around great guy and a phenomenal communicator. My wife and I relocated from Ohio for work and it was a very stressful situation. Dale took care of almost all aspects of the home purchase and truly went above and beyond making sure that the property sale went smoothly. He is very personable and genuine and my wife and I enjoyed spending time with him throughout the transaction.

Some things about Dale that I noticed that, to me, we're indicative of a great realtor:

1.) He never used his GPS once. He knows the area and it is very apparent that he enjoys living here.

2.) At each home we looked at him would list some facts about the home as he noticed them. He would point out building materials, structural components, layout, additions, features, etc. I'm not used to a realtor with such a functional knowledge of home construction and it helped me notice things that I would have overlooked.

3.) He almost never gave us his opinion--UNLESS we asked for it directly. That made us very comfortable to openly discuss how we felt about each listing. At no point did we feel pressured by any listing or like we were being steered.

4.) He operated with OUR best interests in mind. He included things in paperwork that my wife and I had neglected to notice and he was absolutely pivotal in us working out a deal with the seller. He truly was looking out for us through each step.

All in all, I admired Dale quite a bit and am impressed with his level of service. There are not many men like Dale Johnson around and I will certainly be recommending him to anyone who needs a realtor.

I found Dale through google soon after my father passed away needing advice about property I was inheriting in the area. Dale was more than happy to provide detailed thorough counsel about market trends and recommendations for my specific situation. Several months later I contacted Dale again to list the property and he was nothing short of amazing through the entire process. The COVID crisis hit soon after the home was placed on the market presenting quite a challenge but Dale continued to work tirelessly to get the property sold. Through the entire process he explained everything in great detail and was always more than happy to answer any questions I had. Dale also went above and beyond the normal duties of a realtor in helping me to take care of the property since I live on the other side of the state and was unable to visit the property as frequently as I would have liked. I am so grateful for Dale and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

His documentation was comprehensive and exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Dale Johnson to assist with your buying and/or selling real estate needs.
