Dale Jorgenson

Having started real estate brokerage in 1978, Dale, by the mid-1980s, had achieved market-wide annual top producer status, leading the Peoria Association in sales for several of those years. As a natural consequence of the constant search for more inventory choices for his clientele, Dale began branching out into subdivision development as well. Over the years, this effort has resulted in some of the finest newer North Peoria/Dunlap area neighborhoods, such as Townsend, Georgetowne, Savanna, Chapel Park, Oak Point, and Hunter’s Trail, to name a few.

Consistent growth in sales volume from both corporate relocation and “cross-town moves,” coupled with growing opportunities in residential and commercial development inevitably necessitated the acquisition of high-quality, professional help. This led to Dale becoming one of the leaders in building a real estate team. The well-known and highly respected name of The Jorgenson Group has been in demand for many years in virtually every facet of real estate service, from buying and selling to relocation and property management, as well as building recommendations and land development.

Over the years, Dale has experienced several real estate “cycles” and is uniquely qualified to advise and provide knowledgeable service to his clients in any type of market conditions. While remaining highly active in the daily operation of The Jorgenson Group, he still finds time to enjoy playing cello along with his wife Jean, a violinist, in local orchestras as well as string quartets with friends and family. On occasion, when asked, Dale has been known to provide quartet music for clients’ weddings, parties or other events! With his wife Jean, a native Peorian, Dale has raised three daughters, all of whom attended and graduated from Dunlap schools.
