My family had the privilege of working with Dale recently. He helped us sell our family cabin and an additional parcel of land. Both my sister and I met with Dale and interviewed him at length. He is kind, humble, professional, intentional and hardworking. He researches and understands the market for his area. He determined the selling price for both properties and they both sold in a short amount of time. Dale was available throughout the entire process. We met by chance. Dale was actually showing us a property he was listing for another client and his knowledge of the area, professionalism and willingness to help us was what made us realize we NEEDED Dale to be our agent for buying a place. He is beyond kind. He makes himself available. He communicates thoroughly. When negotiations weren’t going so well with a property we were looking at, he assured us he had our backs and he did. I would never use anyone else again. Buying, selling... he is by far the best agent in Washington and truly the best we’ve ever had in all the states we’ve lived.

Dale was very polite and easy to work with. I liked his nonpushy manner. Being a senior, I needed someone I could trust and feel comfortable with. The house sold fast so we didn't have much work to do. I would have liked a little more communication after the sale to carry through until closing. But Dale was the right person for my situation. I would recommend him to friends.

We were looking for a small peice of property on a lake and Dale was great in helping us find our dream spot to retire. We needed a bit of extra time to look into some details concerning building on the lot and he was great negotiating that for us.
The signing was easy and went very smoothly.
Dale was such a lovely person to work with and we would recommend him and Reid Real Estate in Belfair if you are looking anywhere on the peninsula!
